Remarkably, this 2010 is still very drinkable in early 2026 (half a dozen other 2010s I’ve just opened weren’t). Neither complex nor particularly acidic, it is still floral and fruity. Though I wish I’d opened it on my 2021 visit to VA, it’s still nice to drink it at the onset of its decline. — a month ago

Still very beautiful, in its advanced prime. Next time I have this I’ll target 10-15 years age. — 7 days ago
Not a bottle I would have guessed could survive a decade and a half of dusty storage in a basement, but alas, this was a pleasant surprise, and though clearly past its peak, I happily drank it all and it was good. — a month ago
Quite old but hanging on valiantly despite a crumbly cork. It seems mature but not plummy or over the hill at all, so I’m not sure this was ever anything special but is perfectly decent and inoffensive now. I just wish I opened it a long time ago; mighta had some fruit. Today, it’s just kinda there. — a month ago

I bought this about 15 years ago from Vienna Vintner and glad I did because it stood the test of time after the past 13 years in a basement. Glad I didn’t wait longer but this is very enjoyable at 19! — 25 days ago
A very nice experience drinking this. Might have been a touch better 5-10 years ago around the 15-20 year mark (and was great around ‘08-‘12) but despite a disintegrated cork is still a very nice wine with a beef dish. Have one more of the ‘01 and will have to open it within the next year. — a month ago
