100% Merlot! And 14.5% ABV. Color is appealing. Slightest rust and a nice crimson hue. Smells like water was sprinkled on hot bricks, berry-cherry non-alcoholic ciders, & ground fennel seeds. Flavors are lean and sleek, but juicy and on point. Fruits of the tart and bright type. Maybe a forest blackberry or a black currant? This is a great everyday Bordeaux.
