Not quite as fruit forward as some RRV Pinot but excellent value at $30. From Weston Rod LCBO — 9 years ago

With Annette and Rod, really enjoying the special Anniversary dinner. — 9 years ago
Absolutely lovely. Perfect balance. Luscious and full on the front, but without being overripe. Peppery in the middle. Lingering finish. If only there were a way to get more! — 9 years ago
Hot rod cod approved. — 9 years ago
I'm an IPA guy, but this is a great alternative. Full bodied, but not the overwhelming taste of a stout. Great crossover for an IPA drinker as it has just a bit of hoppy bite to satisfy just about anyone. — 10 years ago
Clean simple new zealand wine. Not trying to be anything it is not. I am starting to really like hawkes bay. — 11 years ago
Rod and I both liked it — 13 years ago
We had the 2002 and the 2013 Zinfandel, from exactly the same Vineyard. Great wine, but too much food. Fun with Annette and Rod. — 9 years ago
Still very dark color, complex aromas of tree bark and medium-ripe blackfruits, quite dense and rich, yet balanced w/excellent acidity, very long finish, I'd guess this will go another 10-20 years, easily. Outstanding!! 12.5% ABV, 85 year old vines. Kudos to Rod!!! — 9 years ago
I love this wine because it's smooth and friendly albeit a bit thin but wonderful to drink by itself. And by yourself :p. — 9 years ago
Golden rod color, medium to full body, lemon and honeysuckle notes. Very enjoyable out of the magnum. — 10 years ago
Rating 90, buy at HEB $8 . . . Rod Gray liked at the Flying Saucer in San Antonio — 10 years ago
To be fair, Ramey followed Oreno, which is like following A-Rod in the Yankee line up. It held its own, but the grapes just were not up to the challenge. — 10 years ago
Incredibly smooth and delicious — 12 years ago
Deep ruby core with a slightly opaque rim. Medium to full body, oozing with ripe cherry and black currant. Smacked down with leather and beaten with a graphite rod. Power and finesse collide with a wash of wild game and firm tannins; makes me dream of visiting Panzano all over again! — 12 years ago
The best white I've ever tasted — 13 years ago
