This Chardonnay is the shit. Bright golden rod, low viscosity, no sign of imperfection. On the nose, it exhibits honey, stewed pear and baking spice. The dominant notes on the palate are apricot, vanilla, and lemon cream pie. The finish includes notes of golden raisins and the bitter white part of a lemon. Seems to be aged part in steel, part in used oak.
