Aromas & Flavors

See previous Delectable note from 78 weeks ago. This is the Montefico not the Ovello. Sour cherry and tarry aromas, also mint. Same descriptors on the palate with a balsamic note. This was my last bottle. I could not see the point of further cellaring time. — 17 days ago
