Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2023 pours a red-salmon color with a moderate mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of mostly ripe fruit, similar to confected strawberry and raspberry soda pop. On the palate, the wine is off-dry with medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium and has some nice minerals too. This is a ridiculously easy quaffer. Drink now. — 12 days ago
