The 1969 vintage has shown well with lively acidity and dusty fruit. Good bottles show a medium finish and drink like Pinot noir. Lucky to get to know a different era in Napa. #timetraveling — 11 years ago
Excellent, paired with dark chocolate truffles and manchego cheese. Full and round but still smooth — 12 years ago
Love the taste of a good zin coming from those beautiful Knarly branches it's an experience — 11 years ago
Yes, Sauvignon Blanc in Burgundy! In fact, the St Bris appellation was previously called 'Sauvignon de Saint-Bris' (before 2003). And you can ONLY use SB or Sauv Gris fruit, + max 12.8% ABV. Love the terroir and plan to show it blind just to mess with my Sancerre obsessed friends. — 11 years ago
