Very ripe and fruity but balanced out with little residual sugar and minerality. Very impressive - everything from their introductory line but with the volume/intensity turned up while still maintaining its own unique structure and appeal — 15 days ago

I understand the hype. Interested to see how this continues to open up because even 1/2 hour made a big change. Every type and state of cherry you can imagine and about a 2.5 minute finish on it. Not memory making because of the complexity but rather just the overall execution; amazing that this is 9 years old and tastes this fresh, incredibly linear without being boring it is so well focused, and more impactful than most Amarone wines as far as structure goes — 8 months ago

Easy, good quality to price point, but would rather spend a little more to get a little more — a year ago

Bright but with depth; mostly stone and some pitted fruits, great minerality, fairly long finish for a Prosecco. Absolutely will buy again — 18 days ago

Delicious. Can’t remember if I’ve reviewed this before, if so it would have been 6+ years ago. The finesse of a top notch Sancerre, richness of a new world sauvignon blanc, and the element of some new oak just wraps it up so nicely. — 5 months ago

Red fruit focused and reminiscent of a vintage port but spicy, interested in how this would taste aged — 10 months ago

Opens up nicely after about 1/2 an hour; good balance with minerality, fruit, and acidity, longer finish than expected. Nice value for the price point but can find others comparable for quality at $5-10 less — a year ago

Jadot Pouilly-Fuisse with the volume cranked up a bit. Opened the night before but showed better the second night with both a citrus salmon and a tomato risotto. Right where you’d expect it to be somewhere in between the village P-F and some of their other 1er Cru whites — 4 months ago

Cedar, tobacco, vanilla, myriad of sweet spices, 16.5% alcohol is not prevalent and tastes closer to 15. Of the Amarone that I’ve had this would be my pick to keep a couple of bottles in the cellar — 10 months ago
