Always enjoyable with pear and apple notes. Opening wine for SJOS Tasting I hosted — 2 years ago

Beautiful nose. Dark red fruit. Wonderful tannins. Great finish. — 2 months ago
Almost tropical on the nose.
Extremely well balanced and light tannin in the mouth. — 5 months ago
Dark chocolate molasses and some plum notes. Smooth. — 9 months ago
Old school showing restraint and tradition. However, the fruit is a bit muted cherry and takes a backseat to earthy tones of forest floor, leather, and dried herbs. Tannins are firm yet balanced, and the finish carries a touch of tar and rose.
A solid entry level Barolo. — a year ago
Excellent! Ruby colored with lots of notes…cherry, forest, plum, floral, raspberry. Very smooth with a long finish. Nice spice note with cherry, cranberry, stewed fruits, and cedar. — 21 days ago
Nose was a little strange. Slightly muted with notes of dark fruits and earth but the palette was phenomenal and smooth. Sweet at first with a dry finish — 2 months ago
