Subtle, restrained, crystalline, mineral.
Again, devoid of the flinty reduction I expected in a wine from this producer. Just like the ‘19 I recently tasted.

This is an excellent Cremant. An explosion of red berries on the tongue, lots of bubbles. Very much like champagne, finishes dry and clean. Great price for such an outstanding sparkling wine — 21 days ago

A portrait in elegance. Initially the nose is shy, but unfurls into a full range of lemon, from underripe to meyer lemon; yellow flowers, lilies etc, a slight amount of flint minerality, lemon custard, hint of fresh almond. On the palate reminiscent of a delicious lemon custard accented with a touch of vanilla, fresh acidity, great texture, good length. What a great wine.
