Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruit, smoke and spicy notes, blend of 58% Merlot and 42% Cabernet Franc. On the palate flavors of dark cherries, berries and licorice with herbs and cedar tones. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, cacao, tobacco and earthy mineral character. Nice! Will benefit from short-term aging. Organic! — 2 months ago

Smooth. Probably the best and most descriptive term for this wine. A whole bouquet of flavors with slight cherry, dark berries, limited spices and more. An excellent wine and part of an excellent list. If you are ever in Estes Park CO, please go to Bird & Jim for the most complete dining experience. — 20 days ago
