Drinking beautifully at 12 years. No chemicals used in the now 70 year old Melon vineyards. Lemon and lime peel, chamomile and a certain unctuousness. Round and very bright palate with a creamy feel from long lees aging with bâtonnage. Nearing its peak. Applaud this Muscadet Sèvre et Maine AOC wine from Edouard Massart.
