@Daniel Maquin We tasted a Blaye before - for the contrast - the Cos was complex, no real wow experience but solid and reliable. Nice.

Pithos Rosso Vittoria Nero d'Avola Frappato 2020

Actually 100% Nero in this vintage, only 11% ABV. Amphora aged, actually prefer this bottling to the non-Amphora Nero. Mainly black fruited, a little chalky. Very smooth and easy drinking. Great with pizza. — 3 months ago

Château Calon-Ségur

Saint-Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend 1982

Tasted blind. Scarlet tawny color, opaque with thin rims. Nice nose with notes of red fruit, cedar desk, dusty earth, mocha, leather saddle and some spices. Good structure with softened but present tannins. Has a nice richness to it. Guessed 86 Cos. This is better than most previous samples I’ve had of this. — 2 months ago
