Mature but amazing. Lots of savory red fruit. — 7 months ago
God tier wine! When Jesus turned water into wine, this is what I imagine he made. Desecrated fruit on the nose, taking me to the depths. Cherry notes, high acidity, high tannins, like licking the lacquer off a wooden table but you like it — 9 months ago

Uniquely full bodied rose. Very tasty. — 8 years ago
Everything you could possible want in a dry rosé; clean, elegant, great acidity and textured perfectly to match the fruit weight. — 11 years ago
Drank last night of HCL ‘26. 1/17/26. With beef tenderloin and risotto. Magnum. — 7 months ago
Loved it, surprisingly smooth and silky.
Great floral taste. — 7 years ago
Peach lemonade in the glass. A touch cloudy and gray, but delicate looks. Slightly astringent and hot on the nose. Nectarine pit, cloudberry, and a touch of acetone on the tongue. Almost orange wine like spices and spark. Surprising and lovely. Abso-frickin-ideal for pairing with briny seafood as well as something richer like a Malaysian honey BBQ chicken with mango salsa. — 7 years ago

my ideal color for a rosé. peach, apricot, with a balance of minerality. Has the lightest touch of zest/spice which gives it light grip and a nice medium-long finish — 10 years ago
