Golden hue. Aromas of apple, dried fig, golden raisin, honey, orange zest, peach. Full body and high acid. Mouth-coating and creamy texture on palate, with a slight mineral finish that begs for refills. Rich, decadent and delicious. 90% Semillon, 8% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Muscadelle. — a month ago
Orange peel marmalade, apricot, spices?, tropical fruits (notably pineapple). Honey with subtle (Brazilian nut) nutty quality. Very faint hint of cheese. Rich, fairly complex, and lasting. Just lovely. — 2 months ago

Dry, complex, slightly savory and “funky” tastes and looks like a natural wine but I don’t remember if it is, a little salty, lovely — 2 months ago
What a special treat!!! So enthralled by the moment that I forgot to take a photo with the dessert last night. 😜 This wine was stunning! Layered, complex, balanced. Pronounced and concentrated notes of dried apricot, peach preserves, marmalade, orange zest, Meyer lemon peel, citrus blossom, gardenia, cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, lavender honey, and beeswax. It coated the palate with a lasting finish. Again, such an absolute treat!! — 2 months ago

Best Rose ever from some of the best grapes they farm - almost like a red - look at the color! Lots of umpf! Orange 🍊 ish nose. Darker fruit mostly with dollop of wild Strawberries and plenty of Bing cherries yet still tart. Harribo bears - the red ones! Dangerously drinkable. Unbeatable if you like E&M’s style. Cellar worthy. Superb vintage. — 7 days ago

Popped and poured into a porron. The ultimate baller birthday move. The 2010 Rosado pours a rose gold color; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. Some slight signs of sediment in the bottle. On the nose the wine is developing with notes of red cherry, blood orange, grapefruit, apricot, nuts, dried flowers and just a hint of lightly toasted coconut. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long with remarkable, creamy texture and substantial (but not overbearing) weight. To my palate, this has hardly aged since my last experience in 2021. If anything, it has only gained in character and significance. World class is every sense of the term. Drink now through 2035. Thank you for the birthday bottle Matt! — 10 days ago
