Had the 2021 in May of 2025. Paired with Aussie burgers that had bacon, cheese, pineapple and pickled beets. The burgers just totally overwhelmed the wine. Some oak and dark fruits on the nose. Some plum, black cherry and blueberry on the palate with a very dry, tannic finish. Enjoyed the wine much more without the food. — 23 days ago

Had the 2024 in May of 2025. First sip was solid lemon/citrus. Mellowed with some swirling in the glass. Sort of tropical with hints of peach,mango,pineapple and guava with a hint of minerality. Thought I chose In correctly, but grew on me. Enjoyed this one, and would drink again. — 21 days ago

Had the 2023 in May of 2025. Really enjoyed this one. Did with some barbecued pork and cornbread. Lots of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of tannin near the end. Finishes with a very soft, fruit note. Paired extremely well with smoked meat. Would buy again. — 16 days ago

Had the 2020 in May of 2025. Some oak and violet/floral on the nose. Very dry and tannic. Definitely needed to be consumed with the meal. Thin body and the dry tannins overpowered any of the fruit in this wine. Not a big fan of this one. — 20 days ago
