One of my favorites from Provence, mineral but a juicy note with peach and strawberry, crisp and light — a month ago
Quite light salmon pink , fine constant bubbles . Quite floral , rose , hibiscus , light strawberry , red currant and raspberry . On the palate this is balanced and elegant , strawberry , red currant , quite rounded with a touch of toasty brioche on the finish . Good slightly grippy acidity , medium length finish . Drink now and over the next couple of years. — 16 days ago

The platonic ideal of rose water and fruit. — 9 days ago
Light salmon hue. Aromas and flavors of apricot, bubblegum, cherry, grapefruit, lemon, saline, strawberry. Clean with a subtle, satisfyingly sweet finish on the palate. Balanced and drinking very well. 50% Hondarrabi Zuri, 50% Hondarrabi Beltza. — 22 days ago

So I started my wine collecting thing (obsession) around 8-9 years ago. This was among the first wines I bought and they have been sitting in my cellar since. I opened a bottle of this a couple of years ago and today the second one. The first bottle was obviously good quality then, but the wine was still too young: nervous and steely (chablis!). I find it beautiful to see that the first bottles are now coming around into their drinking window.
So this has fleshed out considerably and just entering it's drinking window. A rich creamy texture surrounded by lime, yellow flowers and oyster shell. Enough acidity to support the whole thing. Balanced. — 3 days ago
