I don’t think I have ever had anything made by Ridge until a few weeks ago. Mighty tasty stuff. Went well with the pasta dish I made for dinner. Now on a mission to find more 😊 — 11 days ago

Pagani Ranch Sonoma Valley Zinfandel Blend 2021

Another great wine from this great, great producer. Aromatic with California ripeness yet fresh and lively. Raspberry, dark chocolate, dark cherry, herbs and spices. Great quality of fruit. Long finish. — 23 days ago

Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon 1990

The wine is starting to tire. Incredible nose, cherries, blueberries, spice, leather and tobacco. On the palate it is probably past its prime. Super soft tannins, slight red fruits and a bit of oak. Very fun and interesting wine. Super enjoyable. — 4 days ago

Got many of these from '19-'21: how are these in terms of maturity? Child murder or good to go?

Certainly drinkable now. Quite primary and vivid. If you like more resolved whites I’d give it 5 years but I’ve never really known these to shut down, so there’s always something to get from them. I prefer Fevre quite young as their fruit is really dynamic them. I’ve never found them profound with age
