YES. Light and smooth — 2 months ago
Light ruby color with a garnet rim. Aromas of Smokey black berry/currant/raspberry fruit with notes of forest floor and purple flowers. Same fruits on the palate with hints of mushrooms, black tea, dried earth and savory spices. Juicy with silky tannins. Medium bodied and soft textured. — 3 months ago

in line with the other reviews. An exceptional wine maker, doing everything from planting to pruning to winemaking. Very small production. Opened the bottle about an hour before consuming every last drop. Quite delicious. An exceptional example of Oregon Pinot Noir. — 3 months ago
Too often this, wine is drunk at release. Just a little patience goes a long way. At 7 years the primary black and red fruit is still there with dried plums showing up along with cedar cocoa tar anise. Tannins still there so can go along a bit longer bit why wait — 3 months ago
This wine has barely any color at all, just a very faint yellow-green tint. The nose is nice. There is a slight trace of petrol, which I always love to find in a Riesling. More dominant is a lanolin note which joins a light floral aroma. The palate straddles the fence between dry and sweet, offering up some tasty stone fruit and a savory side marked by gentle spices and a workable acidity. I would like a drier wine better, but I drank this quaff gladly and poured another. — a month ago
Washington Wine Month — 2 months ago
Nose: cherry, blackberry. Something savory like butter/greasy chips, cake batter, pepper.
Color: slightly dense for Pinot noir, med/ light body, brown rim.
Palate: dark berries, good acid, nice alcohol ending, leather, subtle spice but still has fruit.
Paired amazingly with Spicy Indian food. Tandoori Cauliflower.

I had bought this wine for my wife who likes robust wines - what a pleasant surprise in addition to its body. It had complex bursting flavors. Consistently flavourful from the first taste on my lips to the Gargle and aftertaste. I matched it with sirloin steak from an elk and some mushrooms with garlic, and the universe was as it should be. — 3 months ago
A garnet-purple color and expressive nose with that initial Cayuse funk and notes of red berries. smoked meat, herbs, bark and dusty like minerals. Taste: beautiful silky and soft feel. Red berry fruit stands out with gamey meat, iron & bitter chocolate notes and a metallic medium, plus finish. Was looking forward to opening this 2016 again and it did not disappoint! — a month ago
Crisp apple notes, fresh floral aromas, and perfect straw color. Intense sweetness balanced out by acidity and dryness — a month ago

One of the best big Cabs. Certainly of Washington State it’s the best Cab in that state. Very smooth, deep rich purple hints of berries. 2016 vintage. Absolutely excellent. — 3 months ago
Terrific blend. Very rounded, full bodied and with stone fruit character — 4 months ago

Ten years on, starting to settle down. Still some bacon notes that work with burgers, but no new magic. — 14 days ago
