Great example of what a Spanna from Alto Piemonte can be. Volcanic soil, traditional process and a great family. Red berries orange peel mint plenty of acid and low alcohol lightens the package. The bottle went empty quickly. — 2 months ago

Super bright fresh cherry orange peel mint . Smooth mouth feel and deceptively long finish. — 2 months ago
A truly great Cab. So much ripe dark cherry plus menthol cocoa violets smooth oak notes. The tannins are really soft giving a smooth mouth feel. The color is still vibrant and the wine shows no real signs of decline. The great question is whether or not it's going to get any better. I like it where it is. — 2 months ago

Stellar wine. Deep ruby. Black fruits across the board. Acid down. Still some tannin but unwinding gracefully. Bitter chocolate. Sweet tobacco. Cedar. Vanilla. Baking spice. Dried fig. No signs of slowing down. — 4 days ago
