I had bought this wine for my wife who likes robust wines  - what a pleasant surprise in addition to its body. It had complex bursting flavors. Consistently flavourful from the first taste on my lips to the Gargle and aftertaste. I matched it with sirloin steak from an elk and some mushrooms with garlic, and the universe was as it should be.
