Another banger from Brentwood. Holy fuck. I drink a lot of younger wines from Bize but a perfectly stored 14??? Massive intoxicating reductive nose. Was a great surprise that this bottle was so in the zone. Some matchstick upon opening, but evolved to show vanilla, orange zest, tropical fruit and ample spice and acid. One of best bottles of Bize have consumed. — 9 months ago
