A lively Chardonnay. Bright acidity and lots of citrus flavor. — 3 months ago
A smell of toast right after opening. Medium body, lively acidity, apples, grapefruit, marzipan — 5 months ago
I have a lot of these and most have been ok but this one was further along in its development. Knew I needed to drink these. Faster is the word of the day. — 6 months ago
Slight nod over the Rivers-Marie 2013 Gioia (still very fruit driven) and Failla 2013 Occidental Ridge. The Littorai was the most evolved and Burgundian of the bunch. — 9 months ago
Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, cedar and baking spice, aged in about 30% new French oak for 12 months. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with cola, floral and sweet cinnamon herb spice notes. Full-bodied, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak, herbs and an earthy mineral character. Nice! Organic! — a year ago
One of my favorites! Enjoyed with Thanksgiving dinner. — 5 years ago
vintage 2023 | chardonnay typicality with waves of vanilla | obviously very young | paired with a fish pizza — 3 months ago
A gift from a friend, this is lovely, with a bit of tobacco on the nose and lively cherry and strawberry flavors on the palate. The finish goes on and on. — 3 months ago
Medium golden color. Right after opening, a honeycrisp apple, citrus, grapefruit and mineral notes on the nose and palate are evident. After some breathing, wine shows plenty of oxidative notes. It has a medium rich, creamy mouthfeel. First vintage to go through malo — 4 months ago
Fun and fresh blend of Valdiguié, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignan and Tannat — 8 months ago
High acidity and citrus notes in this pale Pinot rose. Sublte minty aftertaste. Refreshing and soft on the palate, it’s a very approachable and delicious summer wine. — 4 years ago

Excellent. Plenty of butter, honey, and lemon — 3 months ago
Founded in 1982 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer and sits on a tree covered knoll overlooking the Napa Valley, with caves that extend for over a mile. Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruit, sweet oak, spice and floral scents. On the palate flavors of ripe peach, melon and apple, with vanilla spice, creamy texture. Medium+ finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with mineral notes. — 5 months ago
Dark ruby in color.
Fruity nose of black currants, plums, cooked cherries and chocolates notes.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with black currants, blackberries, plums, cooked cherries, tobacco leaf, herbs, caramel and black pepper.
Medium length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This young Grenache blend from California is drinking very nicely now. Nicely balanced and elegant. Complex and easy drinking.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with some airtime.
I used to love this wine years ago and haven't tried it in 5 years. It's not that exciting to me anymore, but still good.
A nice sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a burger.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Petite Sirah. Aged for 10 months in (30% new) French Oak barrels.
15.3% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Saline, dry, red berry, citrus rind, bitters. Very nice, but I prefer a little more fruit and a little more French. With the first grill of the season! Charred salmon, asparagus, corn on the cob, and strawberry tomato and watermelon salad — 2 months ago
