The latest vintage and this is a thriller. Nose is deep, spicy and feral with also nice fruit overtones. Nothing subtle here. 18 yells. Really gorgeous and clear minerality. Palate has fine mousse, elegant mid palate and lovely chewy density on the finish. Still needs to come together but it’s all there. Terrific energy on the finish and sap. This really came together on day 2. A richer style but still so good. Amazing purity and power. — 15 days ago
