Stones and rocks on the nose to accompany ripe apple, pastry cream.
Rich, full and elegant. More open on tasting than nose suggested. A different giving creature on day 2. — 6 months ago
Strong acidity, firm, like an underripe peach and/or mango, depending on the sip. — 10 months ago
A perfect Spätburgunder from Baden — the closest a German Pinot Noir has tasted to Burgundy, and an excellent value at ~$40 a bottle.
Classic Pinot noir flavors of cherry, raspberry, and earth. — a year ago
Creamy, confectioners sugar, crisp apple and pear. Structure and lovely backbone. Yum — 6 months ago

100% Xarello from old vines (about 60 years old). Fermented in concrete eggs and French oak barrels. Mineral, saline, good length. My favorite wine from the estate — 4 years ago
Generous and rounded with youthful fruit, minerally but no oxidative development — 3 months ago
Phew, vilken tur! Och vilken upprättelse! #caves — 5 months ago

Bottled 2019, disgorged 09/2022, 0 dosage, this Pinot Meunier is really the best of the 3 bottles I purchased, aging it seems to have brought out the best in it, still some nice bottles and complex yeasty notes, very fine. — a day ago
