Mid crimson in colour. More a drink now style of Barolo - only 10 years old - no need to wait 20 years for this Barolo. Red fruited - raspberry and cherry. Soft tannins. Great with home made pasta. Will probably have my last one in 12 months. — 15 days ago

A beautiful shock of garnet, this thin and clear Barolo is lovely, but a little more of a bite than I’d hope for this vintage. The aftertaste lingers nicely (with a light woody flavor), but doesn’t have as smooth of a finish as I’d prefer. It’s still a beautiful wine and love that it comes in a 375 ml bottle. — 9 days ago

Been waiting a long time to open this baby. When first obtained (6 or 7 years ago) it was completely closed and almost undrinkable. Aromas have now fully opened, like sweet flowers and a hint of caramel. Tannins are waaay softer, durable but give nice structure to the wine. Blackberry, oak, medjool dates. — 24 days ago
