The freshest of their 3 single vineyard Manzanillas. 100% Palomino from the Callejuela vineyard In Sanlúcar de Barrameda, located near the Guadalquivir River and the Atlantic Ocean. Four years of static aging under flor (no younger wine added). Pale gold. Fresh, lively. Seabreeze. — 3 years ago
🍇Equipo Navazos, one of the leading stars in the rebirth of handcraft Sherry. The bota de Fino 91 is stunning with a concentration that is rarely seen in the fino category. Aged for an average 10 years gives it a sensation that the flor has started to fade quite a bit as the wine is almost starting to flirt with an amontillado in its characters. Serve it at 10 degrees and let it rise to 12-14 degrees while you enjoy this piece of art.
👃Pronounced intense, dense and very complex aromas, remarkably aromatic and round edged for being classified as a fino. Bruised apples, orange zest, sourdough, green olives, and Brazil nuts with a salty, iodine and seaweed character on the lead guitar.
Bone dry palate with pronounced flavour intensity. The salty mineral backbone brings freshness and tension through the dense mid palate through a long expansive and chalky finish.

This is a really interesting savory wine. In all my tastings ive not had anything similar. Toffee, dark chocolate, nutty, and rich. It’s thick too, quite powerful, and you only need light sips for it to fill your palate. Pairs nicely with beef tartar. One i wont forget. — 5 months ago
Palomino from their different vineyards in Sanlúcar (Callejuela) and Jerez (Añina, Macharnudo), aged for an average of 10-12 years. Complex, intense. Iodine notes

Elegant, balanced Fino. 100% Palomino from Macharnudo Alto, the highest point in Jerez and one of the region’s “grand crus”(also the source of Valdespino’s Inocente Fino and Tío Diego Amontillado). Fermented in old casks and aged for 10 years. — 3 years ago
