Monday night pull. Idiot friend wanted wine with burgers. He said “it’s red meat”. Meh, rather have a coke. Good juice. Cork was soft. Enjoyable but maybe better sooner? I won’t know. — 20 days ago
My favored of the tasting 2nd place of all the votes absolutely delicious Chardonnay great value just too much butter for me but still shows layers of flavor — a month ago
Showing dark ruby. Ton of structure. Overpowered by tannin on first open. Will revisit rating in a few hours. — a month ago

This is one of my go to wines because it’s classic and goes well with many things. More in the oakier side and slightly heavy but I love the buttery flavor. — 17 days ago
A lovely wine. Raspberries, black cherries, and plums. I slightly prefer the 2016, but this is still an excellent wine. — a month ago
History dates back to 1995 when on a lark, David Swift Phinney took a friend up on an offer & went to Florence, Italy to spend a semester “studying”. During that time, he was introduced to wine, how it was made, & got hooked. A Grenache, Syrah & Petite Sirah blend. Aromas of fresh ripe red fruits with floral & spice. On the palate flavors of cherry & raspberry with cacao & espresso notes on sweet savory soft tannins, well balanced, lingering finish ending with fruit & toasty oak. Nice!
