Definitely a crowd pleaser. The level of acidity is just on the border of flabby but not in a bad way! Very quaffable.

We were looking for a simple bottle tonight, but were at the end of our everyday wines and opened this instead. It it not a simple wine. Much more earthiness and terroir than I expect from a Pinot. Cherries and tea(?) on the nose. Notes of Vanilla (feels like fairly prominent oak) and a bit hot (13.5%), hiding some of the more subtle flavors.

Somewhat of a metallic characteristic to the wine, medium bodied, stronger dark berry characters as well.
