I’m getting a bit of cork on this one but hoping it blows off. Needs more air but it’s going to be a classic Turley. It’s good with more air but that’s also making the corked aspect more prevalent. Bummer. Can look past it but it’s work. Somewhat annoying since I’ve been looking forward to this for a while. Hoping the other sings. — a month ago
Nice for a steak dinner at a restaurant for a reasonable price. Pop and pour Zinfandel blend. Deep color, fruit and spice aroma. Palate is heavily red Zinfandel with dark berries, plum, and spice - pepper with a hint of nutmeg and vanilla. Balanced tannins and acidity. Short but pleasant finish. — 10 days ago
The quality of wine at Legends has been very good all things considered. — 2 days ago
2018 vintage. 36% Petite Syrah, 30% Syrah, 22% Mouvèdre, 12% Grenache. Broken up betwixt Paderewski (77%) and Catapult (23%) Vineyards. Big, bigly and bigger body. Monster push throughout. Good luck. Now or in the next decade yields a great drinking experience. 5.29.24. — 3 days ago
The 2023 Rosé is deep, complex and layered, with ripe nectarine, rose garden and sweet cherry fruit notes. Beautifully expressive and floral on the nose, savory, salty mineral tones meet red berry freshness and an undercurrent of spice in the mouth. A touch of almond bitterness grabs at the edges of the tongue toward the close, striking great harmony with a rounded sweetness. Bravo. (Billy Norris, Vinous, May 2024)

This vintage is too oaky for my taste. Really hoping future vintages aren’t the same. This was such a great semi inexpensive “go to” wine for years. — 4 days ago
