This wine is just getting good. A lot of baking spice, apple, dried herbs, cranberry, kind of like Thanksgiving sans turkey and potatoes. Really opens after 90 minutes of air. Outstanding — 7 months ago
Alcohol nose, dark cherry, blackberry, blueberry, cigar box cedar, vanilla, damn that is good. Hospitality from this team is top notch. — 10 months ago
Given by Akash, smoothest Shiraz we’ve ever had — 8 months ago
2012 vintage. Still bringing it after 12 years. laying in the wine cellar since purchased. A very good representation of a Washington Cabernet. Still decent fruit, delicious mouth fill. good balance, still between tannins and fruit. — 10 months ago

See previous Delectable note from August 2024. A rich deep Ruby in colour. Traces of vanilla oak (coconut oak has toned down since initial tasting). Ripe red and black (plum) fruits. On the palate rich, intense and full bodied - sweet blackberry with hints of aniseed. As I said in the previous note, wines like this show the Barossa at its best. Will drink well through to the end of the 2020’s. — 20 days ago
