Bottle bought in Beaune with Susan in 2015 — 4 years ago
Rich gold in colour, surprisingly crisp & fresh on the nose. Cool, mineral, with wet stones, a hint of moss, shy tropical fruit. The initial matchstick reduction blows quickly off. There‘s a fresh young hazelnut note and some saltiness. Like a baby Mersault.
On the palate this is quite broad with a nice creamy mouthfeel. Juicy acidity, nice energy & depth. Broad yet not rich nor overly sweet. Great balance. GLove the finish, lingering on the midpalate, salty lemons, just going on & on.
This might lack a bit the precision or sophistication of a good Cru Mersault, but is really nice, esp. at this price point!
Delicious stuff!!

Good but not spectacular in my books. Pleasant summer weekend bubbly — 13 days ago
Nose has smashed chalk, old seashells, nondescript wood smoke, day old lime zest and cold lemon wedges.
Palate has gentle lime and lemon notes, oyster shell with tart apple lingering into the finish.
Another wonderful bottle of Chablis AC from Fabien. (91-92 points) — 21 days ago

Tremendous bottle. Nose has massive mineral stank with meyer lemon and so many oyster shells. So saline. Deep and enveloping. The Chablis symphony in full effect. Stunning. Young a f on the palate but oh so promising. Perfect balance and terrific tension. Finish is clipped for now but this will grow with air. Luscious finish that is juicy, explosive and so textured. Lovely focus, linearity and hierarchy of flavors. I’ll be back as this airs. Amazing acid structure here. — 3 days ago
