Blackberry, plums and violets. Suave. Decanted. Really enjoyed! VINOP — a month ago
Decant. Super smooth food friendly red and blue fruits. Need more of this! TBL — 3 months ago
Really nice! Fruit and well balanced, smooth and even better the second day if it lasts that long. VINOP — a month ago
This is mountain cuvée Rhinefarm vineyard Sonoma Valley. 69% Merlot, 27% Cabernet, 4% Franc. Long ago in a far away land I was a club member at GunBun. I really enjoyed the wines made there by Linda Trotta. This is my last bottle. Back in the day when they were allowed to call it Mountain Cuvée. 2001 was a cool tannic year and this represents the vintage, but it’s one of the reasons that’s it’s holding up this long. You’d never guess 2001. Dark red color, fruit and tannins with a smooth finish. This is old school in a very good way. — 2 months ago
Pop and pour. Could decant. Boysenberry ripe raspberries. Fruit and floral, transparent flavors. Good intensity. Great food wine. TBL — 3 months ago
Sweet strawberries. Nice porch pounder. The finish has a slight tin/metallic flavor that I can’t get past. WF — 3 months ago
Tastes like a good effort in a ripe vintage. Cherry jubilee. Tannins okay, burnt oak. Not my style. SS — 3 months ago
