We know the owners and have bought their champagne for over 25 years now. This is a special cuvée, 100% chardonnay from different climats, no malolactic, crispy and mineral, good tension, great with fish or as an aperitif. Recommended. — 18 days ago

So many bubbles! Really impressive. Very complex. Cream, brioche, citrus, good amount of saline, herbal honey, honeysuckle. So well integrated at this moment. Better with 3 hours of air and closer to room temperature. Long finish with lemons, almonds, tangerine, bit of grass. Definitely one of the best champagnes I’ve had. — 2 years ago
