Very aromatic nose, cherry and almost like a candied orange and black tea note, very nice and inviting. Similar notes on the plate with a fresh acidity, maybe some herbs and noticeable minerality. Reminds me of a Beaujolais, but with more complexity than I'm used to in a typical Beaujolais. My first Bardolino, and if this is what they're like, then I just found one of my new favorite appellations! — 11 days ago

Excellent wine with some fruit mainly strawberries and some earthy elements. Very smooth and integrated with a long finish. Think it would have been a bit better with some time but it was opened and poured.

Really a quite nice Barolo from a producer I hadn’t had before. Quite accessible at this stage - not at all over oaked or anything - but still in a “more modern” style. Some nice delicacy in the glass - the fruit, earth, and acid all expressing well. — 2 months ago

Ruby with a bouquet of dark fruit, spices, leather and licorice. On the palate flavors of cherry and strawberry with notes of pepper, smoky tobacco, herbs and cacao. Long finish, nice balance with fine soft tannins ending with smoky notes, cacao and earthy sweet notes. Just starting to drink now, but a few more years will benefit. — 2 months ago
