This Sonoma cabernet is delicious and ready to drink at its peak. Ripe cherry and black currants on the palate and very soft and dissipating tannins. I was totally surprised just how delightful this 2012 has evolved. — 6 months ago
Upon opening the delightful fruit was immediate and pleasing to the nose… and on the palate the soft cherry with hints of raspberry made this wine one of the very best 2015s to drink now. It is certainly not a long-lived wine but it is delicious in the present! — 7 months ago

Drinking beautifully… dark cherry, light spice, fruit forward with tannins dissipating after 15 minutes in the decanter. This remains a marvelous Chianti in the traditional style as Laura Bianchi continues the legacy of this great family of vintners. — 8 days ago
This well priced wine is a great value and punches way about its weight! Blackberry evolving to more cherry on the palate, this medium weight Bordeaux is an exceptional value and an overlooked Medic. It is the perfect complement to the pan seared pork chops we had to accompany it & has plenty of structure to last in your cellar for another 5 years. — 7 months ago
The best of Piedmont… Nebbiolo and Barbaresco blend. This a very good wine!
Big ripe cherry on the plate with a touch of spice and cassis. Enjoyed with veal ragu pappardelle. Excellent find for me! — 8 months ago
Fruit forward… black cherry, cedar, and soft tannins.
Mature and ready to drink.
Enjoyed with sous vide lamb chops finished on the grill, roasted eggplant brushed with olive oil & fresh tomato & basil salad.

Wow! Black currants, dark cherry, a bit of old leather and a touch of light oak. This is classic layered Latour/Bordeaux at its peak with soft tannins and a long finish. A beautiful bottle of wine… and the good news for me is that I have more! — 6 months ago
Classic Bordeaux… ripe cherry, pencil lead, a bit of cedar and a touch of old leather when open and decanted for an hour. A beautiful wine with an initial acidic finish… but mellowed out with air and some time in the decanter. Fully mature… and this bottle Slightly oxidized at the edges… but no drop off in intensity. A few years left, but drinking well now. — 8 months ago

Plum, blueberry, a touch of cedar/camphor and a very long smooth finish. This is a delicious offering in the 2004 vintage… fully mature and ready to enjoy… — 7 days ago
