A stunning Riesling. Minerals, creamed corn, spice and slate. So aromatic. Palate is ripe and rich with crazy acidity and the best balance between the opulence of the site and the acids of the vintage. Long finish. So precise. As this airs the nose gets so spicey and complex. So concentrated and explosive. Yet nimble. Amazing finish. — 3 months ago
Nose: an elegant perfume of green apples.
Palate: perfect crunchy green apple juice. Powders minerals. Crystalline acids. Elegant density. Almost crunchy. There is a perfection about this. Stunningly well made. Wow.
Almost the platonic apogee of dry mosel Riesling.

A hint or rs.
Mineral. Green apple. Some lemon peel. A bit verveless. Very good village wine. — 2 months ago
Stunning nose of confectionary aromas, peach, lime zest, slate, slate dust, rock candy, lemon and more. So complex. Palate is epically juicy and so balanced. Perfect balance of sugar and acid. Sick tension. But also so nimble and waif like. But also very concentrated with flavors of peach flesh, tangerine, tangelo and kumquat. A genius wine that will unfold. I’ll be back. This gets very juicy and nimble with air. Lovely. — 3 months ago

Been a very long time and this is showing so so well. Nose is mid season cherries, cranberry bog, desiccated orange rind, slate and soil tones. So deep and soulful. Palate is like a cloud. So juicy but lithe and ethereal. Really floats but has stunningly persistent acidity and such purity. Wonderful. Elegant and balanced. Gorgeous wine. Sweetened up overnight and got so much more focused. 9.3 to 9.4. — 11 days ago
