The Vinloq System was designed to be used on still wines only. However, sparkling wines are amazing
👅This is a great summer champagne and it combines crisp flavors with a touch of oxidation and solid minerality.
Honey crisp apple, even cider, and bruised apples are featured. Quite powerful personality. Lemon peel sweeps the palate clean on the finish.
Develops some creaminess as it warms

Great wine from Costco — a year ago
Paired this with our feast of the 7 fishes at fiola in Washington DC. Very buttery and rich…lovely with the entire meal. — 4 months ago
From magnum. Shows a very light salmon-copper hue. Very tight and reticent on first pour with some lemony citrus notes. With an hour of bottle decant, it’s generously showing red berry fruits, hint of butterscotch and oven fresh croissant. Beautifully long with a wonderful richness for a no dosage. Why is champagne always better from magnum? — 5 months ago
big airy and intensely mineral nose, smells just so mineral and maybe some cherry fruit, 40 pinot, 20 meunier, 40 chardonnay, 18/17/16 blend. Huge fruits on nose after initial blast of mineral. Very fine and red fruits and not screechy and at all, big pinot fruit, Such fine bubbles and mousse, so so elegant and complex. Insane mousse. — 9 months ago

Recommend to me as a cheap crowd pleaser and it sure holds up. Full of fruit and fairly sweet—great for a movie night with friends but would be disappointing alone. — 14 days ago
