A nice and light entry level style pinot — 6 months ago
Delightful — a year ago
The Eyrie Vineyards, Pinot Gris, from the Dundee Hills of Oregon. Vintage 2017. ABV 12.5%.
Bright citrus and tart melon and cantaloupe notes with some salinity and wet stone influences. Very refreshing and youthful.
Easy to pair with food, we have paired it with roasted bok choy, aubergine, and brown jasmine rice. It goes nicely and doesn’t compete with the tamari and sesame flavors. — 5 years ago

Just gorgeous—maybe my favorite yet from Kelley Fox. The old vines, elevation and pacific breeze of this site clearly contribute to an incredible elegance and transparency. Vibrant strawberry, rhubarb and black cherry with spice, forest floor and tilled soil. I don’t have enough experience to know how high end wine ages under screw cap but honestly it’s in a great place right now. — 6 years ago
Bought from winery 4/25 $51. Another great Pinot from PG. A little tart at first but mellowed once aired. Very smooth. — 5 months ago
Plenty of mushroom and forest floor, in combination with red fruits. Great as usual. — 6 months ago
Lovely. Enjoyable Pinot Noir hitting all the right notes. Nice cherry flavor, nice floral nose. Solid. Better with food which hides a slightly off flavor in the finish. Perfectly fresh after 13 years. — 8 months ago
Pop and pour (!). Nowhere near the brett levels of previous btls. A lovely PN. On the nose: that CE mushroom funk, a hint of va, soft wild strawberry perfume, soft herbs. On the palate: fantastic acidity, soft plum, and soft vanilla, great density, still a lot of velvety tannin on the finish. On par with the 18 amd 16, not as good as 15 and 17 imo. — 5 years ago
This was great tonight. Another Maggie Harrison wine! — 6 years ago
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim, and medium plus intensity.
Red fruits on the nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate, nicely balanced and complex.
Showing raspberries, sweet cherries, light oak, tobacco leaf, earth, dark coffee and black pepper.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir from Williamette Valley is still young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already enjoyable, even by itself.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in (35% new) French Oak barrels for 10 months.
13.4% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Petrol nose at first. Great complexity and evolution. Glossy, slightly gluey texture that coated the entire mouth, front to back. Acidic with sweet undertones. Pickle juice! — 5 years ago
Dinner at the Conlin-Rifkin residence. — 5 years ago
This is hands down my favorite rose to current. It is smooth, clean and fruity, not not overly sweet. A perfect balance and wonderful chilled or room temperature. — 6 years ago
Ken Venezio
Opens with a bright and expressive acidity. Pear, green apple, and even some pineapple. Love the lengthy floral finish. Not a porch pounder. This is a very nice Chardonnay that will pair well with fatty fish, chicken and turkey. — 5 months ago
