Выпито 21.11.20 в ресторане Reef под лобстера и кальмара. Очень необычное шардоне 2015 года. Немножко кислотное, но очень нежное. Мое. — 5 years ago

Still young but very drinkable Meursault @ £53 that’s one of my favourites at this price point 😉 If you like it more tart/sour now is great but leave 5yrs if you want it to ease 👍

17.5. Classic Chablis nose with a bit of oak. But that goes with exposure. Elegant and balanced, v good fruit, M+ length. — 4 years ago
second chablis from a zoom blind tasting with a friend preparing for a test.
a little better than the last one.
high acidity.
medium - body
citrusy. salty.
i was even guessing oak 🙈 as its so balanced.
paired lovely with quarantine McDonald's kids had for lunch (not so good food which was no surprise), orange soup (mainly sweet potato with chopped fresh green onion) and leek cutlet with pepper sauce.
no wonder chablis is so big in israel and the whole world. simple, tasty and satisfying. especially for it's price. stating the obvious, but still.
excellent vfm (70 nis). — 5 years ago
Very floral and fruity, bright red fruits (raspberry, sour and sweet cherries, a little plum) and a variety of flowers. Long finish and a great look at what Volnay is all about...pretty steep price tag though — 6 years ago

Well isn’t this just a delight. A rather attractive, almost ruddy color. Translucent edges and long legs. The bouquet is so nice. More savory than fruity to be sure. Plenty of licorice and wet moss. Leather and lace, with a touch of violet. Those earthy aromas never fade, with fresh cut grass and idyllic spring meadows just for good measure. Dried cherries begin to take over after a bit of time. Still so fresh and alive smelling. A little blueberry compote and faded strawberries.
This is such a well balanced Burgundy at this point. Drinking very, very well at this age with plenty of life left in it. Medium bodied and smooth as all get out. The fruit is rambunctious and still youthful. I doubt this has even hit its prime yet. More delicious red cherries and blue fruits shine in the mouth. There’s an appropriate bit of oak, not too much, and restrained barnyard. I would have liked to see the funk set free but this is a wine that chooses not to dive headlong into that arena. Still, a seriously lovely pour. — 3 years ago
