
Smells like fresh baked focaccia right now. Palate is tart yellow apple...needs way more air. Notes to be updated.
After a 4 hr decanting the nose has dropped out, only faint pear exists now. Palate got confusing also, almost not there, warm yellow apple skin, warmed tropical fruit. Likely we'll revisit this later tonight, or tomorrow.
