Figs and ripe sweet fruit on the nose, with hints of smoked meat, like jerky, and deep rose and candied hibiscus nestled deep. Medium bodied, with quick, nice legs, with a floral palate, smooth and lithe, with silky acidity just starting to soften, vegetal notes, prominent florals more than defineable red fruit, and silky tannins that lead to a dry, lingering but still floral and fresh finish. Maybe even a hit of menthol showing at the end. — 2 years ago
