21’ are so much fun for PnP. Light, pretty, red fruits and earth lead the way. — a year ago
Maybe I’m not objective because of such fond memories of smelling this in the tank and tasting its two predecessors en barrique with Hubert on our honeymoon. But I can’t imagine this being any better than it was last night on our 25th anniversary. — 9 months ago

Terrific rich and deep nose of savory minerals and an elite airiness. Also a hint if that classic Pommier richness. Pure and fresh. Palate is deep, rich, savory and incisive. Mouth-filling and deep. Awesome structure and finesse. So well made. Flavors of lemon, lemon pith and some savory elements. Has years to go. Truly great. — 5 years ago

Unbelievable Christmas wine for the festivities…. — 4 years ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2017 M-S-D Blanc pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with fascinating notes of champagne cake, Comice pear, lemon zest, almond, and limestone earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long; laden with limestone minerals and grippy. Almost as if it is tannic! This is such a distinctive wine. I’m in love. Drink now through 2032. — 3 months ago
Thomas Pico is one of my favorite Chablis producers. Chalk, oyster shell, under ripe green apple. Acid High. Delicious. — 3 years ago
Jasmine, quince paste, spiced pear, lemon curd, pineapple sweetness, punchy. Touch of lemon pith at end, but tons of juicy acid. Creamy / lactic. Chalky minerals. Layered, delicious, weighty.
