Really stunning wine. Maybe best one ever and I have had everyone since 14. Nose is dripping with terror, deep forest, rain soaked moss, light sweet wood, burst of minerals and some green apple skins. But so stunningly pure. Palate is rich and ripe but so pure and juicy. Elegant and deep with a lovely opulence and wonderful freshness and lift. Impressive finish. Such an airy yet dense wine. Just glorious. — 3 months ago
Smooth drinking with a trout dinner. Not too fruity. — 2 months ago
Let it breathe - decanted for 2 hours, very significantly leveled acidity — 3 months ago
Unfortunately I do not have much experience with St Vivant😉.My nose is assaulted by waves of red fruit, earth, roses and lots of spice. In the mouth juicy waves of red and black cherries are cut short by firm tannins.
Lots of hints, but no conclusions. — a month ago
