BIG fan of this wine. Red fruit notes, but not too sweet. Tannins aren’t too strong, but enough for a little kick before a smooth finish. The aging is perfect on this, nice hints of Merlot and it’s hitting its peak. Great wine. — 2 months ago

This Castillion Chateau was acquired by the late Denis Durantou of L'Eglise Clinet roughly 15 years ago. Just as promised it delivers excellent value. Damp earth, currants, plums, black truffle and some green notes. Very solid. Would buy again. 2019 is the last vintage Monsieur Darantou harvested. — 8 days ago
