We had the 2012 and it was fabulous. All the purity and grace of grand cru Chardonnay, with elegant depth from the honey and nut overtones that age brings. This was a wonderful experience. (Pro tip: Please don’t drink it too cold: you’ll miss so many of the flavors!) — 8 days ago
No formal notes . Medium lemon colour . Quite a lot of very fine bubbles still . Quite young in appearance. Elegant and relatively youthful with citrus , white flowers, baked pastry , good freshness with mineral, oyster shell notes. On the palate very high acidity , really marked by that taut profile but still enough creamy mouthfeel to make this very complete with a pastry , citrus and mineral focused finish . Very intense and long. Drinking perfectly now and over the next 5-10 years — 2 months ago
Crystal clear, pale yellow with greenish hues, only really effervescent on the palate, not really showing bubbles in the glass, with a crisp minerality, vegetal notes of hay, maybe the scent of sand, crisp green fruits, like green fig, with some tart yellow fruit and a slight funk on the nose. Light to medium body, with crisp acidic and mineral freshness, crisp apple like flavors and a distinct natural wine funk that lingers into the long finish. — 19 days ago
Great white with fruit notes and a salty, even caramel taste. — a month ago

Fruity and mineraly with some light sour notes. Great, mineraly after taste which develops. — 5 days ago
