Pleasant, dry and gentle Rasberries. — 12 days ago
The nose shows fresh apple and pear, with a subtle, fleeting hint of brioche. The palate is defined by a crisp, direct attack that yields to a somewhat firm, fruit-driven structure. Fine lively bubbles.
Not my favorite entry level NV Champagne, but it’s quite pleasant. — 2 months ago
Aromas of strawberry, pomelo, watermelon, rose petal, sea breeze, and hint of thyme. The palate adds additional red berries, citrus, and faint earthy notes. Medium body that is nicely textured. Fresh yet round acidity. There is off-dry sensation on the otherwise slightly savory medium finish.
Lovely but pricy rose. — 12 days ago

A small portion of Pinot Noir (which makes up approximately 80% of the blend) still wine is added for color; the balance is Chardonnay. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The Grand Rosé pours a pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, red apple, a mix of orchard citrus fruit, marzipan, a hint of brioche and lovely minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and round. Very easy to like. Drink now. Disgorged February of 2025. — 2 months ago

A classic! Got to love the color on Tavel. Candied apple, watermelon. Great wine, friendly price. — a day ago

Saline, dry, red berry, citrus rind, bitters. Very nice, but I prefer a little more fruit and a little more French. With the first grill of the season! Charred salmon, asparagus, corn on the cob, and strawberry tomato and watermelon salad — 23 days ago
