On the palate quite reserved , light and delicate , well balanced with enough fresh acidity to balance the moderate sweetness. Lemon and lime , delicate white pepper , touch of honey elegant stoniness and decent length. Drinking well now though will continue to show well over the next 7-10 years — a day ago
