After opening a bottle, and allowing it to air, I spotted my review from October 2023 while sipping and reading other reviews. Holding this one for another year and a half shows that it does indeed improve with age. Not as good on day two tho. If you open it, drink it! — a month ago
This wine is made primarily from Sangiovese grapes, offering vibrant red fruit flavors, balanced tannins, and a delicate finish that showcases the family's dedication to quality and legacy in the region as they have been crafting wine for 600+ years.
On the nose the fruity notes are prominent yet well balanced by subtle touch of violets and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is remarkably balanced and characterized by some striking aromas of strawberries and ripe cherries. As a mouthfeel, medium-bodied and remains on the tart side with a very long smooth finish. I pizza and red sauces pastas wine. — 16 days ago

This is a rosé blend of 68% Granache, 28% Mourvèdre, 3% Vermentino, and 1% Counoise, that delivers a full tradition of Provence with a fruit sourced from the 9 top Tablas Creek Rhône-styled vineyards in Paso Robles AVA. It provides a bright strawberry fruit, a hint of rose petals and lemongrass notes on the nose.
As for the palate, it gets stimulated with an amazing fresh acidity all combined with some soft spices, mandarin peel, fresh apricot, and unripe berries. The mouthfeel has a subtle peachy tones on the mid-range and grapefruit with some light salinity by the back-end. Joyful wine to welcome summer! — 8 days ago
