Fresh & vibrant. Juicy & salty.
Shy green apple, wet, salty rocks, fresh meadow herbs. It overly expressive, yet very fresh.
On the palate this has some nice weight, it’s not just acid & minerality. Lovely mouthfeel, mid-weight, a hint of tannins. Bright, lemony acidity, so juicy. Plus a long finish with salty, rocky minerality.
