Haven't tried a wine from Lebanon in a while. Wonderful aroma of dark red and black fruits. Tobacco. Cedar. Sour plum. Pretty cool 😎.
This 2020 is aging pretty well. Could go longer but drinking well now, a bit unctuous. Thick. Not a super structured or complex palette but it holds it's own with any Mediterranean lamb dish that you would pair it with. Very similar to Napa cabs but with a bit less finesse but with more interesting aromatics. — 2 months ago
A refreshing and crisp wine. Acidic crisp up front with a hint of pears. — 4 months ago
This is a huge wine and I hate that I opened it. I think it’s going to be awesome in another 10 years. Huge fruit strong tannins and a chalky feel from green tannins. I’m going to buy a case to cellar for later. This is a really big wine and is delicious but too young. — 24 days ago

So smooth with pear, apricot, oak, lemon, and soft white florals. Good acidity but not sharp, it holds up well to food but is complex enough to enjoy on its own. — 9 months ago
Golden in color.
Beautiful nose of dried apricots, honey, light spices and honeysuckle.
Medium plus in body and creamy, with medium plus acidity.
Sweet on the palate with apples, apricots, light citrus fruits, spices, honey, minerals and caramel.
Long finish with lemons and honey notes.
This sweet wine from Sauternes is still young and already delicious. Rich and fruit forward. Fresh and well balanced. Complex, elegant and interesting.
Will continue to age nicely in the next few decades. Has good potential to become a 96+ point wine.
A blend of 90% Sémillon, and 10% Sauvignon and Muscadelle.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
93 points.

This 6 year old sweet wine from Sauternes feels very young and fresh, especially on the nose. Rich and extracted.
This Second Growth Sauternes is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to age nicely in the next few decades.
Elegant and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Creamy and complex. Just gorgeous.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and a great dessert wine.

Vintage 2020 | if all generic Bordeaux was at this level, there was no problem wathsoever. Strict when popped and poured. But with a day (or two) for what is left in the bottle it’s so comforting and velvety. Paired with old sheep’s cheese. — 9 days ago
